Razum keeps a small maintenance shop's aircraft records straight: what is due, what is overdue, what nobody has looked at yet, and what would have to be settled before a Certificate of Maintenance Review.
It is built for contract maintainers and small shops — the ones where the aircraft records live in a spreadsheet that one person understands.
Every aircraft you look after. Every person in your shop. No charge per tail, no enrolment fee, no minimum term — most of this market charges per aircraft per year, which means the second aircraft costs you nothing here and a great deal elsewhere.
Cancel whenever you like. Your records come with you: everything your shop has put in, as spreadsheets you can open without us, on one button, any day.
A copy of the whole database is taken every night and kept off the machine that serves this. Every night that copy is restored into a fresh database and checked, item by item, that it answers every question the live one does — because a backup nobody has restored is a hope, not a backup.
Your shop's records are visible only to your own people. Nothing is shared with anyone, and nothing on this site calls a third party.
Razum is a working reference. It is not a maintenance record, not a Certificate of Release to Service, and it does not determine airworthiness. The record is the logbook and the decision is the engineer's. Any regulation it cites is cited so you can go and read it, never so you can take our word for it.
Razum is run from Guyana and serves shops wherever their aircraft are registered. If you want to see it on your own fleet, write to the address above and say which aircraft you look after.
Razum — maintenance tracking for the people who
actually sign for it.
This is a working reference, not a maintenance record and not a
determination of airworthiness. The record is the logbook, and the
decision is the engineer's.
